We are dedicated to guiding the next generation of men through wisdom, accountability, and real talk.

Iron Sharpens Iron is an intentional mentoring community where accomplished men (typically in their 40s, 50s, and beyond) invest in the lives of younger men roughly 10–20 years their junior—men in their 20s and 30s navigating the critical transitions of early adulthood, career growth, marriage, fatherhood, and personal purpose.

We believe that every man needs both a Paul (an older mentor) and a Timothy (someone younger to pour into). We are a Life Group mentoring relationships built on trust, honesty, and mutual respect.

What we focus on:
• Practical wisdom for career, finances, leadership, and calling
• Building strong marriages and preparing for family life
• Developing emotional maturity, resilience, and integrity
• Deepening faith, character, and spiritual discipline
• Accountability in areas like habits, relationships, and personal growth
• Real conversations about the challenges men face today—without judgment or platitudes
